The technology of the future finds its way into the world of child safety seats - the built-in SensorSafe keeps small passengers safe on every ride in the car. Connected via an app in the smartphone, you will be alerted immediately if your child unbuckled himself during the ride or if the back seat has become too warm or too cold. If the trip takes too long and your child already spent a long time in the car seat, you will be alerted and can allow yourself and your little one to have a break and relax. This state-of-the-art safety technology also ensures that you never accidentally leave your small passenger alone in the vehicle. The alarm sounds as soon as your child is still in the child safety seat after turning off the engine. The easy-to-use app simplifies operation - with the built-in SensorSafe, Cybex provides you with a unique safety component for children in the car.

The Cybex Sirona M2 i-Size allows you to transport your child in a rear-facing mode from birth up to a height of 105 cm. The seat can also be used in a forward-facing mode which is suitable for children who have reached 16 months of life and a height of 76 cm and taller. The Click-in systems makes it easy to change the car seat's driving direction.

流行購買The built-in linear side-impact protectors fold out on the door side of the car seat and increase the level of safety in the event of a side impact. In combination with the head and shoulder protectors, the L.S.P. system reduces the force of a side impact. Furthermore, installing the car seat in a rear-facing mode reduces the risk of injury in case of a head-on collision considerably.

The new, elaborate design provides even taller children with plenty of leg room to sit comfortably. The 12-position height-adjustable headrest with integrated belt positioner grows with your child while magnetic belt holders make is super easy for you to put your child into the seat and lift him/ her out of it again. Always in the right position - when the seat is installed in a rear-facing mode, its seating and lying position can be adjusted in 5 different positions; when used in a forward-facing mode they can be adjusted in 3 positions.

蘋果將以Apple Music、Apple Podcast和Apple TV等3個熱本季最新款門的娛樂應用程式來取代iTunes。圖／摘自蘋果官網 分享 facebook 今年WWDC會前，外電即傳出蘋果將關閉擁有18年歷史的iTunes、終結下載時代的消息，蘋果隨後也在大會上宣布，將把iTunes拆分為3個熱搶先看超值推門的娛樂應用程式：Apple Music、Podcast、以及Apple TV，最晚在今年秋天取代iTunes。若想要繼續使用iTunes，還有其他的方法嗎？據《Ars Technica》從蘋果官方獲得的回覆指出，蘋果建議，「堅持想要使用iTunes，或許可以換一台Windows電腦使用」。這版本的iTunes在介面與功能上都不會有調整，可幫使用者同步iPod、i熱賣商品新上市Phone並且管理音樂與影像。. } }); } Windows網友一致推薦折價卷版本的iTunes將不會有任何更動，還是可以管理使用者的音樂、影片，並且同步iPod、iPhone上的內容，不過蘋果沒把話說死，加了一句「直到Windows版本的iTunes也被撤除」，也就是說，iTunes至少現在還能在Windows上使用，但未來也可能被終止。不少網友對蘋果的回應表示：「是鼓勵我們買Windows的電腦嗎？」、「好像哪裡怪怪的」。也有人對iTunes和新應用程式發表看法，「老古董拜託趕快停掉」、「iTunes真的是蘋果最失敗的產品，還能活到現在也算是奇蹟了」、「放歌進去，弄個鈴聲都要很久」、「需要離線使用的人對新平台表示……」。

 手抖、碎步、面具臉 年輕姊妹花罹巴金森病

巴金森病並非「老人病」！台灣近2成巴金森病患者是於40歲以前的青年時期就發病，多半與基因、家族遺傳有關。台大醫院神經部主任吳瑞美指出，近期門診中最年輕的發病案例僅17、18歲女高中生，且還是年輕姊妹相繼罹病，妹妹先發病，姐姐28歲時，出現容易疲累、抖腳，確診後，哭著說，「不要戀愛、結婚，害別人」。

吳瑞美說，門診有一對姐妹花，妹妹在17、18歲時陸續出現手抖、腳抖等症狀，且動作開始變慢，表情也變僵硬，一開始還以為是焦慮、緊張所致，直到症狀越來越嚴重，就醫檢查才知道罹患巴金森病；不料，姐姐也在28歲時發現容易疲累，有腳抖問題，有了妹妹的經驗而警覺自己也罹病。

吳瑞美指出，許多人都以為巴金森病為老人疾病，症狀只有手抖、腳抖，因認知不夠，常延誤治療；巴金森病若延誤治療，恐會加速失去行動、表達能力的速度，增加合併失智與憂鬱症的風險。

吳瑞美表示，巴金森病與失智症雖然都屬於腦部神經性疾病，但是「巴金森病的症狀是先以神經退化性、進行性動作障礙問題表現」。然而，巴金森病不只是「抖」，初期症狀可分為3種：單側手抖、行走緩慢小碎步、面具臉(臉面無表情)。其中，約3成患者早期症狀為走路步態不穩、行動緩慢，且民眾多輕忽此問題，而延誤就醫。

吳瑞美舉例，有一名高階主管原本待人和藹客氣，但最近幾年卻常擺臭臉，同事還以為他心情不好，直到因為走路碎步、說話聲音變小而就醫，才被確診。

吳瑞美指出，門診中常有患者認為一旦罹病後便無法控制，只能坐等生命逝去。其實現在已有多種巴金森病的治療方式，會根據患者不同症狀，提供不同的治療選擇，幫助患者緩解症狀，並延緩疾病惡化。

台大醫院巴金森症暨動作障礙中心今年特別改編4位巴金森病友的案例故事，首次以說故事與手繪風插畫的方式製作「期盼脫困的靈魂-巴金森病四篇章」，期盼透過病友的改編故事，讓民眾了解巴金森病，增加國人早期發現、早期治療的機會。
