截至6月6日，北市私立幼兒園計有27園已簽約加入準公共幼兒園，108學年度將有2051名幼生受惠。 圖／聯合報系資料照片 分享 facebook 準公共化幼兒園5月20日起開放私立幼兒園提出申請，未來家長送托至準公共化幼兒園，每月費好康比價用一律負擔4500元。教育局指出，截至6月6日，北市私立幼兒園計經典商品哪裡買有27園已簽約加入準公共幼兒園，108學年度將有2051名幼生受惠。相較於中央規定，外縣市私立幼兒園想加入準公共化幼兒園，招生90人以下最高收費1萬元，91至180人最多收9500元，181人以上收9000元，台北市因物價高昂，比價市府額外加碼數千元，90人以下最高可收13660元，91至180人12800元，而181人以上可收12000元，提高加入的誘因。. } }); 網友開箱介紹哪裡便宜} 台北505家私立幼兒園中，依照107年核定的園所收費標準，僅208家私幼符合申請加入準公共化幼兒園的標準。台北市幼兒教育協會理事長劉明娟表示，家長要睜大眼睛，好好算一下，選擇準公共化真的物超所值嗎？對家長而言，孩子送到私立幼兒園，經過排富條件，家長每年可以申請的補助也不少，3歲以上幼童每學期補助13660元，加上每月2500元的育兒津貼，等於一年可領5萬7千多元補助。劉明娟指出，孩子送到準公共化幼兒園不能再領每月2500元的育兒津貼，等同每年要付出5萬4千元，她舉例，假設私幼月費收9000元，註冊費2500元，現在加入準公共化幼兒園，家長每月只負擔4500元，註冊費一樣2500元，但現在少了一年57000元的補助，實際上，家長一年可能還要多負擔3000元。北市教育局表示，政府的補助政策是補助從優，家長和園所也會精打細算，選擇補助最高的方案。北市私幼加入準公共化行列，申請時間至6月20日申請截止，屆時教育局將公布最後名單。


 過度沉迷智慧手機 注意力不足過動症狀恐增加


（法新社坦帕17日電） 青少年過度沉迷使用智慧型手機，是否會出現注意力不足過動症（ADHD）的症狀？

今天發表的一項新研究報告指出，數位超載（digital overload）可能與新的ADHD行為「小量」但程度明顯的增加有關；這項研究提供家長一個警訊，也就是久盯螢幕具有潛在危險。

這項刊登在「美國醫學會期刊」（JAMA）的研究報告，根據將近2600名洛杉磯青少年於兩年內所回答的問卷製成。這是這項領域迄今規模最大、調查時間最長之一的研究。

這些青少年越沉迷社群媒體、串流影片、文字訊息、下載音樂或線上聊天，越有可能出現組織和完成任務有困難的症狀，或難以靜下來。

研究報告指出，經常使用數位媒體平台的年輕人，約10%在研究期間出現新的ADHD症狀。

相反地，沒有頻繁從事任何數位活動的學生，4.6%出現ADHD症狀。

研究人員警告，ADHD症狀「小量」增加，至少部分影響可能是混擾因子所引起。

此外，由於這項研究屬於觀察性質，並根據接受調查青少年自己的回應所做，研究人員表示，他們無法證明使用智慧型手機的確導致ADHD症狀。

美國南加州大學（University of Southern California）預防醫學和心理學教授李文紹爾（Adam Leventhal）表示，儘管如此，這項發現為更多研究提供堅實基礎，因為「這在統計學具有重大關聯」。
