The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. 東京都杉並區政府單位為刺激觀光人氣，並吸引更多華人來遊玩，今年初特別相中台灣27歲的女星姚愛甯，並拍攝了一支宣傳短片，這也是繼日前林志玲、賴雅妍後，又一受邀擔任日本宣傳的台灣女星，也是首次有台灣「新生代女星」被日本地方政府相中的機會。

一位杉並區公所的人員表示，「雖然杉並區的知名度並不高，也不算觀光客的旅遊景點，但我們希望透過這支影片，能夠展現地方的人情味，激起想讓人親自造訪的感覺」。

據日本觀光局《JNTO》統計資料表示，2016年入境日本觀光的外籍遊客超過2400萬人次，其中排名前四的地區分別為大陸、南韓、台灣、香港，其中台灣佔全亞洲入境總數的20%，在全球遊客佔17%，也讓華人成為日本近年來重點宣傳觀光的重點對象。
