The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.

At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.

The SICT technology is to be activated on the door side of the car seat at all times. The side impact protection technology provides double protection for your child. In case of a side impact, the forces that occur are distributed away from your little one and then absorbed.

報系資料照 分享 facebook 連鎖速食業者麥當勞因為跟美國職籃NBA多倫多暴龍合作促銷，只要暴龍單場投進至少12顆三分球，加拿大安大略省的麥當勞門市就免費送球迷中份薯條，本季已送出200萬份中薯。. } }); } 暴龍今天靠前鋒雷納德（Kawhi Leonard）全場36分的帶領下，終場以105比92擊敗勇士，率先在NBA總冠軍賽聽牌，距隊史首座總冠軍僅剩一步之遙。加拿大「財經郵報」（Fin商品戰利品ancial Post）報導指出，麥當勞（McDonald's）原先預估本季會發放70萬份中薯，但暴龍表現實在太好，因此麥當勞送出原本預估份數近3倍的中薯，價值開箱炫耀文暢銷排行 逾400萬美元（約新台幣1億2550萬元）。負責加拿大東部市場的麥當勞行銷總監庫倫（Chuck Coolen）解釋，這項促銷計畫是依照過去麥當勞跟北美職業冰球NHL蒙特婁加拿大人隊（MontrealCanadiens）的合作促銷所制定。麥當勞和暴龍在大於1年前簽約合作，也就是暴龍把德羅森（DeMar DeRozan）交易到聖安東尼奧馬刺並換來雷納德（Kawhi Leonard）的18天前。暴龍上人氣商品便宜一季82場例行賽中，有43場投進至少12顆三分球，季後網路熱銷商品不能不逛賽則有5場；本季有44場投進至少12顆三分球，季後賽迄今則有10場。庫倫還說，目前安大略省的麥當勞門市已經送出近200萬份中薯，但這個數據仍持續攀升。儘管季後賽最終結果尚未出爐，但總冠軍賽首戰暴龍投進13顆三分球，當時麥當勞就送出破紀錄的8萬份免費薯條。

 空污治理未達民眾期待 環保署長李應元為敗選下台

環保署副署長蔡鴻德證實，署長李應元的請辭的確已獲行政院口頭同意，預定4日上午就會進行交接。在新任署長到任之前，署長一職將由蔡暫代。

立法院社福衛環委員會3日繼續審查環保署預算，傳出請辭的李應元並無到場，蔡鴻德應召委吳焜裕要求說明了李應元現況。李應元與農委會主委林聰賢、交通部長吳宏謀，因民進黨在合一大選中大敗而請辭，行政院院長賴清德在上週末准辭這三位閣員。

李應元本人則是在環保署內接受電子媒體聯訪，表示「政務官就是該負起責任」，民進黨在選舉中大敗，尤其台中市長選舉大輸了21萬票，選前環團發動北中南接連三場反空污遊行，顯示人民十分在意空污議題，失敗了就要虛心檢討。

「團隊做得非常努力。」李應元表示，這兩年半的任期中，政府投入百億空污基金、國營企業也將拿出千億加裝防治措施要改善，「有預算、有措施、有具體改善目標。」李應元強調，兩年紅害減20％的空污改善目標其實已經達成且遠遠超過、四年減50％的目標也逐步努力中，雖然這還不符合民眾期待看到藍天的期盼，但相信環保署會按部就班繼續努力。 鎖定空污治理為頭號課題 移動污染源政策遭反彈

李應元在2016年總統蔡英文勝選後即入閣擔任環保署長，將空污治理列為頭號課題，更為此兩次賭上烏紗帽。上任時喊出4年內紅色警戒減半，2017年11月再度以2018年的5月20日為期，以PM2.5紅色警戒站日數減量20%為目標，無法達成即辭職。另有在深澳爭議時，李應元也表示，若公投結果民眾選擇核四，他就會辭職負責。

在李應元任內，PM2.5的減量成果，從環保署統計來看，2018年全國自動測站的PM2.5平均濃度為每立方公尺18.8微克，較2015年的21.5微克，下降每立方公尺2.7微克，改善率為13%。

不過，為了減少空污，環保署的廟宇減爐減香，與加速推動汰除老舊柴油車與二行程機車的政策，卻也遭宗教界與老車車主反彈，多次發起抗議行動。 深澳、觀塘三接站重傷環評專業

而涉及能源供應的深澳電廠、觀塘工業區第三接收站的環評審議更引發社會爭議。尤其觀塘案，民間與中研院一再提醒當地藻礁生態保存問題，專家學者、環評委員退席杯葛審查等情況下，李應元仍親自主持環評大會，讓官派代表以人數優勢強硬通過觀塘案，再惹來批評，遭質疑為配合行政院「深澳換觀塘」（停止深澳電廠開發、換觀塘三接站過關）的主張；最終造成他的副手詹順貴辭職，環保署重傷的局面。 減塑  制定一次性餐具退場時間表

除了空污治理，李應元任內也在減塑、循環經濟上提出不少政策。包括擴大限用塑膠購物袋的店家類別、美妝品禁用塑膠柔珠，明年連鎖速食店等一定規模餐飲業者，也將禁止內用禁止提供一次性的塑膠吸管等，更喊出2030年全面禁用包含購物用提袋、免洗餐具、外帶飲料杯及塑膠吸管等一次用塑膠製品等。

而在垃圾處理問題上，以「多元化垃圾處理計畫」，來面對焚化爐陸續老舊、不時發生的縣市垃圾大戰。環保署提出除了分批改善既有焚化爐效率，更提出引進多元化新科技處理技術、興建至少3座生質能源廠的計畫。包括了以廚餘脫水乾燥、機械式生物分選、氣化等能資源化技術，協助無營運中焚化廠地方政府興建在地處理垃圾設施。生質能源廠更是要多元處理廚餘與農業廢棄物，以邁向循環經濟時代。
